- Shading marks appear where the pile is brushed in different directions and come and go as you walk on it
- A little shedding in the first few weeks is normal
- Vacuum regularly without the rotating brush
- Rotate every 6–12 months for even wear
- Blot spills straight away – never rub
- Have it professionally cleaned every 3–5 years
