Every delivery comes with a return package enclosed, so if it isn’t right, sending it back is easy. See our returns.

Before your rug arrives
- Measure doorways, stairs and lifts for larger rugs — rugs travel rolled, so length matters more than width.
- Use a good-quality underlay on hard floors to stop slipping and protect the rug.
- Unroll with the pile facing up and give any creases a day or two to relax.

Is delivery really free?
Yes — delivery to UK and Ireland addresses is free of charge on every order. Delivery to Europe is free on orders over £1,000.
How quickly will my rug arrive?
For items in stock we endeavour to deliver within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). For bespoke commissions we’ll confirm the timeline with your quote.
Do you deliver outside Europe?
We do. Delivery charges apply to international addresses outside Europe — get in touch for a quote before ordering.
Can I collect my rug instead?
Please call us on 01491 413321 to arrange collection from our Henley-on-Thames showroom or London warehouses.
What if my rug arrives damaged?
Please contact us straight away on 01491 413321 or info@therugshed.co.uk and we’ll put it right.
