Do you offer Net 30 payment terms?
Net 30 terms are available for Gold and Platinum accounts, subject to a simple credit reference. Silver accounts pay at the time of order.
Can I see stock that isn’t online?
Yes. Our website shows only part of what we hold. Trade members can book a private viewing, or send us a brief and we’ll shortlist from the full inventory.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes — we can commission custom-sized rugs through our bespoke service. Lead times depend on the piece; your account manager will confirm them with your quote.
